This information may be personal in nature and may include such details as your name, address, marital status, employment history, bank information, personal relationships, medical or health status, or financial transactions.

As well, depending on the nature of the legal work we undertake for you, we may acquire personal information from other sources. Do I have to provide consent every time you undertake a task for me?
When we are retained to act for you, it is implied that we may collect, use and release such information as may be required to complete the legal work requested by you in a timely and professional manner. For example, in a real estate deal, it is implied that we may contact and obtain information about you from your realtor and bank.
